Course Objectives

On completion of this HACCP Level 3 course participants should be able to:

  • Understand the concept of the HACCP principles, hazard analysis and control measures
  • Recognise and understand the importance of the pre-requisite programme in underpinning the food safety management system.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the legal requirements and relevant standards applicable to food businesses
  • Be competent in implementing and reviewing the food safety management system

Course Prerequisites

Participants must hold a valid in date HACCP 1 & 2 Certificate. (if you don’t have a Level 1 & 2 Cert you can do our online HACCP 1 & 2 Course) All participants must be fluent in English.You will need a PC, Laptop, Smartphone, etc. with audio & Internet. Ensure a browser is running correctly (Google Chrome, firefox, etc)

This course is delivered in English, a good understanding of written and oral English will be necessary to complete this training.
